What we collect

When you use a form on this website — the contact form, the discovery call request, or the free lead magnet opt-in — we collect only what you provide: your name, email address, business name (where asked), and any message or details you choose to include. We do not collect information beyond what's needed to respond to you or deliver the resource you've requested.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry or discovery call request
• To deliver the 5-Email Lead Nurture Starter Kit if you've requested it
• To send relevant follow-up about our services, if you've opted in to receive it

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Form handling

Website forms are currently processed through Netlify's form handling infrastructure. As our email marketing automation is built out, submitted details may be passed to a dedicated email service provider so we can deliver resources and follow-up communication. We'll keep this policy updated as that integration is finalised.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@rynocroft.com. If you've received emails from us and no longer wish to, every email will include a way to opt out.
